League Aura Early Access terms

Independent service

League Aura is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. Premier League, Fantasy Premier League and related names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners.

Public fantasy data

League Aura uses league identifiers and information made publicly available by the fantasy game to prepare league summaries. League Aura does not ask for or collect an FPL password. Availability, scoring and corrections remain controlled by the fantasy provider, and League Aura is not responsible for official scoring decisions or later data changes.

Early Access service

League Aura is currently provided free for testing and feedback. Features, limits, templates and availability may change while the product is developed. No payment is taken without a separate checkout and explicit confirmation.

League leadership responsibility

The lead administrator is responsible for the connected league and for having permission to use manager names, portraits, nicknames, email addresses and custom material. Upload only photographs and content that you are entitled to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use League Aura to publish harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory content, defamation, unlawful material, intimate information, private contact details or content designed to cause serious harm. Friendly league banter must remain within the boundaries agreed by the people involved.

Generated content and review

League Aura automatically creates awards, headlines and humorous commentary from available data. Automated output may contain mistakes or require context. League leadership remains responsible for reviewing content before publication or enabling automatic delivery.

Fines and forfeits

League Aura fines, credits, forfeits and prize projections are informal private-league records. They are not invoices, regulated financial services or legally enforceable debts. League members remain responsible for any private arrangements they choose to make.

Content and licences

You retain responsibility for content you upload. You grant League Aura the limited permission required to store, resize, display and include that content in the issues and downloads you request. League Aura retains ownership of its software, branding, templates and visual system.

Availability and external services

We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete upstream data, successful third-party email delivery or permanent availability of every experimental feature.

Suspension and deletion

League Aura may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risk, unlawful use or attempts to bypass permissions. League owners can delete a connected league, and account-level deletion requests can be submitted through Support.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, League Aura is not responsible for indirect loss, league disputes, missed fantasy deadlines, reliance on generated commentary or decisions made using unofficial analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Material changes will be communicated through the product or registered email address. Questions, complaints and legal notices can be sent through the League Aura support page.
